CORINTH DEACON BOARD

Harold has attended Corinth Baptist Church all of his life. He has served faithfully on the board of Deacons for the last 15 years. He and his wife, Lisa, are faithful members and servants to God's work in the church.

Philippians 4:6- "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation , by prayer and petition , with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."

David is the chairman of our Deacon board. He has faithfully attended Corinth Baptist Church all of his life and his children have likewise been raised in the church. David is first and foremost a follower of Jesus, and he is also a devoted family-man and dedicated farmer.

Braxton has faithfully attended Corinth Baptist Church all of his life and has served as a deacon for many years. He serves as our Men's Bible Study leader and is a wonderful encourager to all who walk in the doors of Corinth. He and his late wife, Julia, have loved serving the people of Corinth. 

Galatians 6:14-"But may it never be that I would boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world." 

Freddie became a member of Corinth in 1985 when he married his sweetheart, Diane. Since 2011 he has served the community of Corinth as a deacon and he is our "go-to" for all technology.

Psalm 121- "I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; from where shall my help come?

My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

He will not alow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber.

Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade on your right hand.

The sun will not smite you by day, Nor the moon by night.

The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul.

The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever."
